Pearse Griffith

 Pearse currently serves as an independent director on several alternative investment funds and investment management companies since 2010. Previously Pearse was an Executive Director for UBS Fund Services Luxembourg, providing a full range of fund administration services for a wide variety of investment products including retail and institutional funds with assets under administration in excess of $150 billion. He was a member of UBS Fund Services Management Board from 2006 to 2009.

From 2006 to 2008 Pearse established and was the Head of UBS Fund Services Canada. Under his management, UBS Fund Services Canada grew assets under administration in excess of $20 billion. Prior to relocating to Canada, Pearse was responsible for the single manager hedge fund business for UBS Fund Services in the Cayman Islands for over five years.

Pearse began his offshore career with Bank of Bermuda in Dublin, Ireland. He subsequently moved to Bermuda with Bank of Bermuda in 1997 as an Account Manager in their Hedge Fund group before moving to the Cayman Islands with UBS in 2001.

Pearse holds a degree in Business Studies majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Limerick, a diploma in Business and Finance from Staffordshire University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant from Nova Scotia, Canada.
