Globus Governance Solutions provides administrative support services to Independent Professional Directors. Globus is based in the Cayman Islands, which is considered a premier, stable international financial center. Each Director is an independent contractor in their own right, while obtaining the benefit of the support services provided by Globus. This allows each Director to focus on providing guidance, expertise, independent directorship and governance services to investment funds and alternative investment structures. The Directors support fund managers, investors, and service providers by delivering high‑quality oversight grounded in regulatory knowledge, operational experience, and a disciplined approach to fiduciary responsibility.
The Directors bring decades of combined experience across global asset management, trading, risk, operations, and regulatory compliance. They act as independent fiduciaries to hedge funds, private equity funds, master‑feeder structures, segregated portfolio companies (SPCs), managed account platforms, and other alternative investment vehicles.
